This is something that we have been asked for by many over the last few years and we are making it happen! We welcome any vendors with produce, home-made, hand-made and/or home-grown goods! This will take place at our up-and-coming Downtown Marketplace right off the square! Be sure to come and patronize our local vendors so we can keep this going! We look forward to adding food trucks and maybe even open-mic entertainment in the future as well!
We welcome any vendors with produce, home-made and/or home-grown goods! Vendor set up will be from 2-3pm. We ask that vendors park in one of the public parking areas near by so that customers can use the street for easy access. No vendor fees unless electric is needed ($10 per day). The Board of Directors of the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce has determined that, in consideration of the recent dramatic spike in cases of Covid-19 in our county, it would be in the best interest of the public to cancel the 2020 Holly Jolly Festival scheduled for Saturday, November 21. This decision was not made lightly, but with deliberation and discussion, and with the advice of Pike County Health Department.
Thank you for your understanding as the Board made this difficult decision in consideration of our fellow residents. Although some events may be canceled, the Chamber is continuing to stay active and involved in our city whenever possible, including ribbon cuttings for the many new business here and our monthly membership meetings. Also, plans are still underway for the annual awards banquet next January.
If you need any further information or have any questions, visit our Facebook page, our website, or contact the Executive Director, Sarrah Gigous, at the Chamber office, 573-324-3733.

After much consideration and discussion, in addition to seeking the advice of Pike County Health Department concerning the Covid-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors of the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce has determined that it would be in the best interest of the public to postpone the 2020 Heritage Festival.
The Board will continue to monitor the health situation, but is tentatively planning to combine the Heritage Festival with the annual Holly Jolly event. This combined event would possibly be held at the end of November. Vendors and sponsors who have already registered for the Heritage Festival will be allowed to choose whether to transfer their registration to the potential combined event or to receive a refund.
Thank you for your understanding as the Board made this difficult decision. Continue to watch the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce Facebook page and website for updated information on the status of all upcoming events. Any questions may be directed to the Executive Director at the Chamber office.
